He's -my- first real responsibility, my little deformed baby. Sure, I've had the birds longer...But Natty was the first pet to be fully mine. He's almost...six years old? Yeah. Oldie. He has cataracts in both eyes. I think he might be going blind. But I love him. I clean his cage. I give him bathes. I fight with him. We've been through our troubles. I remember numerous early mornings where I've woken to the little bastard biting the bars of his cage -trying- to get my attention because he didnt have food, or he didnt have water, or his igloo was upside down, OR he just wanted to be pet. He knows how to get my attention. I threw a shoe at his cage once. Once, I scared him by accident while he was biting the bars of his cage, and he broke his four main eating teeth. I thought he was gunna die. I had to take such careful care of him for a bit after that.
He's still my babe. Even though Isshin has come along.
